2008 Rockstar Mini SX

The Rockstar Mini SX was a unique event held from 2006 - 2009 at Frankston BMX Track in just south of Melbourne, Australia. The opportunity to ride and race Pitbikes on a BMX track was a rad concept and experience. 

Watch MekOneMinis edit for some epic battles between MiniRacer's own Ty (101) and Cru (65) Halliday, along with other names such as Blake 'Bilko' Williams, Cam Sinclair and more. For bonus trivia points, the slo-mo cartwheel early in the clip is also one of MiniRacer's own. Andrew's day ended early after that one!

This event was run by Southside Promotions, made up of Adam Bailey and Mick Sinclair. If those names sound familiar, you'd be correct, these are the same guys now responsible for the AUS-X Open, Australian Supercross Championship and more.
